An introduction to ikebana as a refined Japanese aesthetic and cultural practice. The session offers insight into a tradition centered on simplicity, balance, and the relationship between human, plant, and space.
-
A slower, intentional process that encourages participants to step away from fast-paced, screen-based work. The act of arranging becomes a way to reset attention and support mental clarity.

Each participant creates their own arrangement while engaging in a shared, collective experience. This balance supports both personal reflection and a sense of group connection.
